2 ounces of bourbon or rye

1/4 ounce Bottoms Up old fashioned Mix

2 dashes bitters

Stir and garnish with an orange zest and a cherry

2 ounces of vodka, gin, OR bourbon

2 ounces of Bottoms Up tonic mix

add sparkling water

garnish with a lime

1 ounce of tequila, vodka OR rum

1 ounce dry sherry ( I prefer fino)

1 ounce Bottoms Up spiced pineapple mix

shake and serve over ice
